Whisk Eggs, Sugar, Vanilla Sugar, and Salt until pale and fluffy (5–7 minutes).
Pour in Oil and Milk, then mix gently until combined.
Sift Flour with Baking Powder, then gradually fold into the mixture using a mixer on low speed or a wooden spoon.
Separate about ⅓ of the Batter.
Stir in the Cocoa Powder and 2 TS Milk until smooth.
Grease a loaf pan (about 30×11 cm) with Butter and dust with Flour.
Pour the White Batter into the pan.
Then drop spoonfuls of Cocoa Batter over the top in several places.
Use a skewer or chopstick to swirl through the Batter in wave-like motions.
Place in the oven and bake for 50–60 minutes.
Let it cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Dust with powdered Sugar or drizzle with Chocolate glaze.
