Mix all dough ingredients into a smooth dough.
Wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Heat the Milk, then add the rest of the filling ingredients.
Simmer for 1–2 minutes until thickened. Let it cool.
On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a thin rectangle.
Spread the cooled Poppy mixture evenly over the dough.
Roll it up gently like a strudel and lightly press the ends to seal.
Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let the roll cool slightly, then slice into mini rounds.
