In a bowl mix the Eggs with Sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the remaining Batter ingredients.
Mix until smooth.
Pour the Mixture into a greased Baking Pan.
Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C.
Peel and chop the Apples. In a pot, add 700 ml of Water, the Apples, and Sugar.
Bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
Blend with an immersion blender until smooth.
In a separate bowl, mix the remaining Water with Vanilla Pudding Powder and Vanilla Sugar.
Pour this Mixture into the pot with the Apple Puree, return to the heat, and cook until thickened.
Pour the warm Apple cream over the Baked Sponge.
Let it cool completely.
Spread Whipped Cream evenly over the cooled Cake and refrigerate for 1–2 hours before serving.
Serve chilled, cut into squares, and enjoy with a cup of Coffee or Tea.
