In a large bowl, mix Oat Flour, Ground Biscuits, Protein Powder, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, and Vanilla.
In another bowl, whisk Eggs, Greek Yogurt, Oat Milk, Oil, and Stevia until smooth.
Stir the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until you get a thick but pourable Batter.
Grease a Bundt pan with Coconut Oil.
Pour the Batter into a Bundt pan.Â
Bake at 170–175°C with fan (or 180°C without fan) for 40–45 minutes.Â
Allow the Bundt Cake to cool before removing from the pan.
Then sprinkle with Ground Almonds.
