Finely chop the Sweet Cabbage and place it in a bowl.
Add a bit of Salt, mix, and let it sit for 30 minutes to release moisture.
Transfer the cabbage to a pan with Butter and sauté over medium heat until it begins to soften.
Add Turmeric Powder, Soy Sauce, a pinch more Salt, and PSepper. Mix well.
Sauté for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is golden and well glazed.
Top with fresh Parsley and serve warm as a flavorful side dish.
