Whisk together the Egg, Milk, Oil, and Date Syrup.

Add in all dry ingredients and mix until you get a thick but smooth Batter.


Spoon 1 TS of Batter into each paper liner or silicone Muffin mold.

Carefully add 1 Tsp of Nougat Cream to the center.

Then cover with more Batter so the Cream is fully enclosed.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top and bottom heat).

Bake the muffins for 17–19 minutes, until the tops are set but the insides stay soft.
Let them cool in the tray for 5 minutes before removing.
