Combine Oat Flour, Whey Protein, Baking Powder, and Salt in a bowl.
In another bowl, whisk Eggs, then add Milk, Yogurt, Stevia, Oil, and Vanilla Extract.
Pour wet ingredients onto dry and stir until smooth.
Take one-third of the Batter and, mix in the Cocoa Powder.
Lightly brush Coconut Oil inside Muffin cups to prevent sticking.
Fill Muffin cups ¾ full, alternating Vanilla and Cocoa Batter.
Then swirl gently with a fork.
Bake at 210°C for 8 minutes, then reduce to 175°C (or 160°C fan) and bake 20 minutes.
Let Muffins cool before removing from the pan.
