Ingredients
  • 375 g Quark (soft white cheese)
  • 100 g Ground Almonds
  • 10 g Psyllium Husk
  • 20 g Flaxseeds
  • 20 g Gold Flaxseeds
  • 10 g Flax Flour
  • 50 g Sunflower Seeds
  • 80 g Chia Seeds
  • 30 g Poppy Seeds
  • 20 g Coconut Flour
  • 3 TS Vinegar
  • 1 packet Baking Powder
  • A pinch of Salt
  • 6 Eggs
Instructions
  1. Whisk the EggsBeat the Eggs with a mixer until frothy.
  2. Combine Dry IngredientsIn a separate bowl, mix all remaining ingredients, including the seeds.
  3. Mix the BatterGradually add the dry mixture to the Eggs and mix thoroughly with a mixer until well combined.
  4. Prepare the Baking FormLine a baking form with parchment paper.
  5. Fill the FormPour the batter into the prepared baking form.
  6. BakeBake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 45 minutes.
Note

You can add 20 g Flax Flour and lessen the Coconut Flour.

Also it is even better if you use Ground Poppy Seeds.
