Clean the Broccoli and Bauliflower, then chop them into small pieces.
Finely chop the Onion, Garlic, Celery, and Parsley
Melt a little Butter in a pot over medium heat.
Add the Onion and sauté until softened.
Stir in the Celery, then add the Broccoli and Bauliflower, and lightly sauté for a few minutes.
Pour in 1 liter of Vegetable Broth and let it simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
Use an immersion blender to puree the soup until smooth.
