Ingredients
  • 200 g Hazelnuts
  • 20 g Cocoa Powder
  • 5 Dates
  • 200 ml Water
Instructions
  1. Roast the Hazelnuts

    Bake the Hazelnuts for 13 minutes at 170°C, then remove the skins by rubbing them in a clean kitchen towel.

  2. Blend All Ingredients

    Place the Hazelnuts, Cocoa Powder, Dates, and Water in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. You can add a bit more water if needed for a thinner consistency.

  3. Store and Cool

    Transfer the spread to a jar, let it cool, and store in the fridge.
