Ingredients
  • 3 Bananas
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 TS Coconut Oil
  • 1 TS Baking Powder
  • 25 g Dark Chocolate (chopped or grated)
  • 100 g Oatmeal
  • 1 TS Cocoa Powder
  • 100 ml Coconut Milk
Instructions
  1. MeltMelt the Coconut Oil in a small pan over low heat, then add the Dark Chocolate to the melted oil and stir until combined.
  2. BlendBlend the Bananas, Eggs, Oatmeal, Baking Powder, Cocoa Powder, and Coconut Milk in a blender until smooth.
  3. AddAdd the Melted Coconut Oil and Chocolate to the blended mixture and stir well until fully incorporated.
  4. PourPour the Batter into a greased or lined baking pan.
  5. BakeBake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
