  • 2 TS of Chia Seeds
  • 300 g Raspberries
Instructions
  1. Blend the RaspberriesBlend fresh Raspberries until smooth.
  2. Sweeten the JamAdd Dates to the Raspberry puree and blend again until combined.
  3. Combine with Chia SeedsTransfer the mixture to a small bowl and stir in the Chia Seeds.
  4. Chill the JamRefrigerate for a few hours to allow the chia seeds to thicken the Jam.
