Ingredients:
3 Eggs
100 g Ground Almonds
1 Baking Powder
1 packet Vanilla Sugar
A pinch of Cinnamon
50 g Butter
6 TS Flour
400 g Marzipan Mass
1 packet Vanilla Pudding Powder
Advice
Add 1 TS of Butterschmalz for a richer taste.
For a healthier version, replace White Flour with 3 TS of Baking Protein and 3 TS of Buckwheat flour.
You can also make your own Marzipan Mass for a personal touch.

Make the Dough
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly with your hands until a smooth dough forms.Chill the Dough
Cover the dough and place it in the fridge for 1 hour to firm up.Shape the Cookies
Form small balls from the dough, place them on a baking sheet, and gently press each ball with a fork to flatten slightly.Bake
Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) and bake the cookies for 10 minutes or until lightly golden.Cool and Serve
