Marzipan Cookies

These tender and flavorful cookies are a must-try treat! Made with a delightful mix of marzipan, almonds, vanilla pudding, they’re perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth. Each bite melts in your mouth, combining rich almond notes with a hint of creamy vanilla.

Ingredients:

  • 3 Eggs

  • 100 g Ground Almonds

  • 1 Baking Powder

  • 1 packet Vanilla Sugar

  • A pinch of Cinnamon

  • 50 g Butter

  • 6 TS Flour

  • 400 g Marzipan Mass

  • 1 packet Vanilla Pudding Powder

Advice

  • Add 1 TS of Butterschmalz for a richer taste.

  • For a healthier version, replace White Flour with 3 TS of Baking Protein and 3 TS of Buckwheat flour.

  • You can also make your own Marzipan Mass for a personal touch.

  • A little lemon zest can be added to the dough for a fresh and zesty flavor boost.

Instructions

  1. Make the Dough
    Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly with your hands until a smooth dough forms.

  2. Chill the Dough
    Cover the dough and place it in the fridge for 1 hour to firm up.

  3. Shape the Cookies
    Form small balls from the dough, place them on a baking sheet, and gently press each ball with a fork to flatten slightly.

  4. Bake
    Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) and bake the cookies for 10 minutes or until lightly golden.

  5. Cool and Serve
    Let the cookies cool before serving. Enjoy!
