Ingredients:
300 g Raspberries
4 Dates or more
2 TS of Chia Seeds
Instructions:
Blend the Raspberries Blend fresh Raspberries until smooth.
Sweeten the Jam Add Dates to the Raspberry puree and blend again until combined.
Combine with Chia Seeds Transfer the mixture to a small bowl and stir in the Chia Seeds.
Chill the Jam Refrigerate for a few hours to allow the chia seeds to thicken the Jam.
Serve Once set, serve and enjoy your delicious, healthy Jam!
