Baked Apples with Hazelnuts

Ingredients:

  • 4 Apples

  • 60 g Butter

  • 2 TS Chopped Hazelnuts

  • 1 Packet Vanilla Sugar

  • 70 g Ground Hazelnuts

  • 2 TS Cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Peel the Apples and set them aside.

  2. Prepare the mixture: In a bowl, combine the Chopped Hazelnuts, Ground Hazelnuts, Vanilla Sugar, and Cinnamon.

  3. Melt the Butter in a small pan or microwave.

  4. Brush the Apples thoroughly with the melted Butter.

  5. Coat the Apples: Roll the Buttered Apples in the Hazelnut-Cinnamon mixture until they are evenly coated.

  6. Bake: Place the coated Apples on a baking tray and bake them in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40 minutes.

  7. Serve: Let the Apples cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
