Chocolate Chia Pudding

Made with creamy coconut milk, rich cacao, and a boost of whey protein, it’s a guilt-free treat that keeps you satisfied. Chia seeds bring a delightful texture and wholesome goodness, perfect for a balanced snack or dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 350 ml Coconut Milk

  • 2 TS Cocoa

  • 2 TS Grated Coconut

  • 3 TS Chia Seeds

  • 2 Scoops Whey Protein

 

Instructions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients: Combine the Coconut Milk, Cocoa, Grated Coconut, Chia Seeds, and Whey Protein in a bowl. Stir well until evenly blended.

  2. Refrigerate: Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken the mixture.

  3. Serve and enjoy: Once chilled and set, give it a quick stir and enjoy!
