Ingredients:
6 Eggs
375 g Quark (soft white cheese)
120 g Ground Almonds
20 g Psyllium Husk
30 g Flaxseeds
30 g Gold Flaxseeds
60 g Sunflower Seeds
90 g Chia Seeds
45 g Poppy Seeds
35 g Coconut Flour
3 TS Vinegar
1 packet Baking Powder
A pinch of Salt
Advice: You can add 20 g Flax Flour and lessen the Coconut Flour.
Also it is even better if you use Ground Poppy Seeds.
Instructions:
Whisk the Eggs
Beat the Eggs with a mixer until frothy.
Combine Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, mix all remaining ingredients, including the seeds.
Mix the Batter
Gradually add the dry mixture to the Eggs and mix thoroughly with a mixer until well combined.
Prepare the Baking Form
Line a baking form with parchment paper.
Fill the Form
Pour the batter into the prepared baking form.
Bake
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 45 minutes.
