Ingredients:

  • 6 Eggs

  • 375 g Quark (soft white cheese)

  • 120 g Ground Almonds

  • 20 g Psyllium Husk

  • 30 g Flaxseeds

  • 30 g Gold Flaxseeds
  • 60 g Sunflower Seeds

  • 90 g Chia Seeds

  • 45 g  Poppy Seeds

  • 35 g Coconut Flour

  • 3 TS Vinegar

  • 1 packet Baking Powder

  • A pinch of Salt

Advice:
You can add 20 g Flax Flour and lessen the Coconut Flour.

Also it is even better if you use Ground Poppy Seeds.

Instructions:

  1. Whisk the Eggs

    • Beat the Eggs with a mixer until frothy.

  2. Combine Dry Ingredients

    • In a separate bowl, mix all remaining ingredients, including the seeds.

  3. Mix the Batter

    • Gradually add the dry mixture to the Eggs and mix thoroughly with a mixer until well combined.

  4. Prepare the Baking Form

    • Line a baking form with parchment paper.

  5. Fill the Form

    • Pour the batter into the prepared baking form.

  6. Bake

    • Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 45 minutes.
