Ingredients:
4 Apples
60 g Butter
2 TS Chopped Hazelnuts
1 Packet Vanilla Sugar
70 g Ground Hazelnuts
2 TS Cinnamon
Instructions:
Peel the Apples and set them aside.
Prepare the mixture: In a bowl, combine the Chopped Hazelnuts, Ground Hazelnuts, Vanilla Sugar, and Cinnamon.
Melt the Butter in a small pan or microwave.
Brush the Apples thoroughly with the melted Butter.
Coat the Apples: Roll the Buttered Apples in the Hazelnut-Cinnamon mixture until they are evenly coated.
Bake: Place the coated Apples on a baking tray and bake them in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40 minutes.
