Raspberry Jam

Ingredients:

  • 300 g Raspberries

  • 4 Dates or more

  • 2 TS of Chia Seeds

Instructions:

  1. Blend the Raspberries
    Blend fresh Raspberries until smooth.

  2. Sweeten the Jam
    Add Dates to the Raspberry puree and blend again until combined.

  3. Combine with Chia Seeds
    Transfer the mixture to a small bowl and stir in the Chia Seeds.

  4. Chill the Jam
    Refrigerate for a few hours to allow the chia seeds to thicken the Jam.

  5. Serve
    Once set, serve and enjoy your delicious, healthy Jam!
