Baked to perfection with a hint of coconut and date syrup, this lighter version of a traditional dish offers a satisfying, guilt-free indulgence that will delight your taste buds.
Ingredients:
Dough:
200 g Buckwheat Flour
100 g Ground Almonds
200 g Flaxseed Flour
1 Packet Baking Powder
2 TS Coconut Oil
500 ml Lukewarm Water
Filling 1:
5 Grated Apples
1 Dose Rum Aroma
1 TS Cinnamon
Filling 2:
200 g Ground Poppy Seeds
200 ml Coconut Milk
2 TS Date Syrup
Filling 3:
200 g Ground Almonds
200 ml Coconut Milk
2 TS Date Syrup
Filling 4:
250g Quark Cheese
1 Egg
50g Erythritol
100g Butter (Melted)

Note: This is a healthier version of the Nutty Layered Pie. Traditionally, this pie is made with pastry sheets, but you can always substitute white flour if you prefer the classic version.

Instructions:
Prepare the Dough:
In a large bowl, combine the Buckwheat Flour, Ground Almonds, Flaxseed Flour, and Baking Powder.
Add the Coconut Oil and Lukewarm Water, and knead the mixture until a smooth dough forms. Set aside.Prepare Filling 1:
Grate the Apples and place them in a bowl.
Add the Rum Aroma and Cinnamon, then mix until well combined. Set aside.Prepare Filling 2:
In a saucepan, heat the Coconut Milk and Date Syrup over medium heat, bringing it to a gentle boil.
Once boiling, add the Ground Poppy Seeds and stir until the mixture thickens.
Remove from heat and let it cool.Prepare Filling 3:
In another saucepan, heat the Coconut Milk and Date Syrup over medium heat, bringing it to a gentle boil.
Once boiling, add the Ground Almonds and stir until thickened.
Remove from heat and let it cool.Prepare Filling 4:
In a bowl, combine the Quark Cheese, Egg, Erythritol, and Melted Butter.
Mix everything together until smooth and well combined.Assemble the Pie:
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
In a baking dish, place a layer of dough at the bottom, followed by a layer of filling. Each filling should be topped with the Quark Cheese filling before adding the next layer of dough.
Repeat the layers, alternating between dough and the different fillings, finishing with a layer of dough on top.Bake:
Place the baking dish in the oven and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes or until golden and fully baked.Cool and Serve:
