Quick Banana-Oat Cake

This quick and wholesome Banana Oat Cake is a perfect treat for breakfast, a snack, or even dessert! Packed with natural sweetness from ripe bananas and the goodness of oats, it’s moist, chocolaty, and full of flavor. With a blend of coconut oil, dark chocolate, and a touch of cocoa, this cake is indulgent yet nutritious.

Ingredients:

  • 3 Bananas

  • 3 Eggs

  • 2 TS Coconut Oil

  • 1 TS Baking Powder

  • 25 g Dark Chocolate (chopped or grated)

  • 100 g Oatmeal

  • 1 TS Cocoa Powder

  • 100 ml Coconut Milk

Instructions:

  1. Melt the Coconut Oil in a small pan over low heat, then add the Dark Chocolate to the melted oil and stir until combined.

  2. Blend the Bananas, Eggs, Oatmeal, Baking Powder, Cocoa Powder, and Coconut Milk in a blender until smooth.

  3. Add the Melted Coconut Oil and Chocolate to the blended mixture and stir well until fully incorporated.

  4. Pour the Batter into a greased or lined baking pan.

  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
