Prepare the Yeast
In lukewarm Milk, dissolve Sugar and Yeast. Let it sit 10 min until frothy.

Make the Dough
In a bowl, mix Flour, Salt, and remaining Sugar.
Add Milk with Yeast, Egg, and softened Butter.

Knead until smooth and elastic.Ā
If sticky, add a little extra Flour.

First rise
Cover the Dough and let it rise 60 min in a warm place until doubled in size.

Prepare the Filling
Mix softened Butter, Sugar, and Cinnamon until creamy.

Form the Rolls
Roll out Dough into a wide rectangle (~0.5 cm thick).

Spread the Filling evenly over the Dough.

Roll the Dough tightly and cut into 5 Rolls.

Second rise
Place Rolls on a Baking Sheet lined with Parchment Paper.
Cover and let rise 20 min. -
Bake
Preheat oven to 180°C and bake 25 min, until golden brown.

Mix Powdered Sugar with 2 TS Milk.

Drizzle over slightly cooled Rolls.
