Beat the Eggs and Sugar
Whisk Eggs, Sugar, Vanilla Sugar, and Salt until pale and fluffy (5ā7 minutes).

Add Wet Ingredients
Pour in Oil and Milk, then mix gently until combined.

Incorporate the Dry Ingredients
Sift Flour with Baking Powder, then gradually fold into the mixture using a mixer on low speed or a wooden spoon.

Make the Cocoa Batter
Separate about ā of the Batter.

Stir in the Cocoa Powder and 2 TS Milk until smooth.

Prepare the Pan
Grease a loaf pan (about 30Ć11 cm) with Butter and dust with Flour.

Layer the Batter
Pour the White Batter into the pan.

Then drop spoonfuls of Cocoa Batter over the top in several places.

Create the Marble Effect
Use a skewer or chopstick to swirl through the Batter in wave-like motions.
Do not overmix.

Bake the Cake
Place in the oven and bake for 50ā60 minutes.
After 40 minutes, check if the top is browning too quickly ā if so, cover loosely with foil.

Cool the Cake
Let it cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Dust with powdered Sugar or drizzle with Chocolate glaze.
Wrap in foil to keep it moist for the next day.
