Make the Batter
In a large bowl, beat Eggs and Powdered Sugar together until light and fluffy.

Add Butter and keep mixing.

Stir in the Lemon Zest.
Use only the yellow part of the Lemon Zest (the white part is bitter).

Then add a pinch of Salt and Lemon Juice.
And if you have Lemon Liqueur.

In a separate bowl, mix Flour and Baking Powder, then gently fold them into the wet Mixture until smooth.

Pour the Batter into the prepared pan.

Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C.
