Wash & prep
Wash the Pineapple Peel thoroughly (ideally soak it for 10ā15 minutes in Water with a bit of Baking Soda, then rinse).Ā
Cut the Pineapple Peel into large pieces.

Then cut the Pineapple Flesh into medium Chunks.

Layer ingredients
In a large pot, add the Pineapple Peel first, then Water, followed by the Cinnamon Sticks and a drizzle of your chosen sweetener.

Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 25 minutes.
