  1. Prepare the Spinach

    Heat a little Oil in a pan, then add Spinach.
    Cook briefly until wilted, and set aside to cool.

  1. Prepare the Mushrooms

    Heat Oil in a separate pan, sautƩ Chopped Onion until soft and golden.

  1. Add Mushrooms, season with Salt and Pepper, and cook until all liquid evaporates.

  1. Let the mixture cool completely.

  1. Make the Meat Mixture

    In a large bowl, mix Ground Meat, Raw Egg, Breadcrumbs, Ground Paprika, Fresh Parsley, Salt and Pepper.

  1. Combine thoroughly until the mixture is compact and well-blended.

  1. Assemble the Meatloaf

    Spread the Meat mixture on parchment paper into a rectangle about 2 cm thick.

  1. Place Boiled Eggs in a line along the center.
    Add Spinach, half of Cheese and Mushrooms.

  1. Roll tightly using the Parchment Paper, sealing the edges well to keep the filling inside.

  1. Bake

    Wrap the loaf in Parchment Paper, then in Aluminum Foil.
    Bake at 180°C (with fan) for 50–55 minutes.

  1. Remove the Foil and Parchment.

  1. Add the rest of Cheese on the Meatloaf.
    Increase to 200°C, and bake for another 10 minutes until golden and crispy.

  1. Serve

    Rest the loaf for 5–10 minutes before slicing to keep it juicy.
    Serve warm with side dishes of your choice.
