Preparing the Cheesecake Filling
Combine the Vanilla Pudding Powder and the Cream Cheese in a bowl.
Mix thoroughly until the two ingredients are completely incorporated and the mixture is smooth.

Forming and Freezing the Cheesecake Balls
Using a small teaspoon, scoop the Cream Cheese Mixture and form Small Balls.

Place these balls onto a plate or tray lined with and freeze for at least 1 hour.

Mixing the Cookie Dough
In a large bowl, first combine all the Dry Ingredients for the Dough and Chocolate Chip pieces.

Then, add the softened Butter and the Eggs.

Mix and knead until a smooth Dough forms.

Encasing the Cheesecake Centers
Take a small amount of Dough in your hand and flatten it into a disc. Place one Frozen Cheesecake Ball in the center.

Take another small piece of Dough, flatten it, and use it to cover the Cheesecake Ball completely.

Chilling the Cookie Bombs
Repeat the previous step until all the Dough and Cheesecake Balls are used.
Line a Baking Tray with Parchment Paper and arrange the Chilled Cookie balls on it, leaving some space between them.
Arrange the completed Cookie Balls and place them in the refrigerator for another 20 minutes.
