  1. Prepare the Dry Ingredients

    In a large bowl, mix Oat Flour, Ground Biscuits, Protein Powder, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, and Vanilla.

  1. Mix the Wet Ingredients

    In another bowl, whisk Eggs, Greek Yogurt, Oat Milk, Oil, and Stevia until smooth.

  1. Combine Wet and Dry

    Stir the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until you get a thick but pourable Batter.

  1. Prepare the Pan

    Grease a Bundt pan with Coconut Oil.

  1. Bake the Cake

    Pour the Batter into a Bundt pan.Ā 

  1. Bake at 170–175°C with fan (or 180°C without fan) for 40–45 minutes.Ā 

    Check with a toothpick — if it comes out clean, it’s done.
  1. Cool and Serve

    Allow the Bundt Cake to cool before removing from the pan.
    Then sprinkle with Ground Almonds.
