  1. Prepare Dry Ingredients

    In a large bowl, mix together Oat Flour, Almond Flour, Whey Protein, Baking Powder, Ground Turmeric, and Salt.

  1. Prepare Wet Ingredients

    In another bowl, whisk the Eggs, then add Liquid Stevia, melted Coconut Oil, and Lime Juice.

  1. Combine Mixtures

    Slowly combine the wet and dry ingredients.

  1. Then gradually add Coconut Milk until the Batter becomes thick and creamy.

  1. Prepare the Bundt Pan

    Grease a 22–24 cm Bundt pan with Coconut Oil.

  1. Pour the Batter into the prepared pan.Ā 

  1. Bake the Cake

    Bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C for about 1 hour.

  1. Cool and Serve

    Sprinkle with Ground Almonds before serving.
