Instructions

  1. Batter

    Whisk together the Egg, Milk, Oil, and Date Syrup.

  1. Add in all dry ingredients and mix until you get a thick but smooth Batter. 

    If it's too thick, add a little more Milk.
  1. Filling

    Spoon 1 TS of Batter into each paper liner or silicone Muffin mold.

    If using paper liners, you can lightly grease them to avoid sticking.
  1. Carefully add 1 Tsp of Nougat Cream to the center.

  1. Then cover with more Batter so the Cream is fully enclosed.

  1. Baking

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (top and bottom heat). 

  1. Bake the muffins for 17–19 minutes, until the tops are set but the insides stay soft.

  1. Cooling

    Let them cool in the tray for 5 minutes before removing.
