Instructions

Make the Dough
In a large bowl, combine the Buckwheat Flour, Ground Almonds, Flaxseed Flour, and Baking Powder. -
Add the Coconut Oil and Lukewarm Water, and knead the mixture until a smooth dough forms. Set aside.

Filling 1
Grate the Apples and place them in a bowl. -
Add the Rum Aroma and Cinnamon, then mix until well combined. Set aside.

In a saucepan, heat the Coconut Milk and Date Syrup over medium heat, bringing it to a gentle boil. -
Once boiling, add the Ground Poppy Seeds and stir until the mixture thickens.

Remove from heat and let it cool.

In another saucepan, heat the Coconut Milk and Date Syrup over medium heat, bringing it to a gentle boil. -

In a bowl, combine the Quark Cheese, Egg, Erythritol, and Melted Butter. -
Mix everything together until smooth and well combined.

Preheat your oven to 180Ā°C.

In a baking dish, place a layer of dough at the bottom, followed by a layer of filling. Each filling should be topped with the Quark Cheese filling before adding the next layer of dough.

Repeat the layers, alternating between dough and the different fillings, finishing with a layer of dough on top.

Place the baking dish in the oven and bake at 180Ā°C for 45 minutes or until golden and fully baked.
