Ingredients
    🍪 Dough:
  • 200 g Buckwheat Flour
  • 100 g Ground Almonds
  • 200 g Flaxseed Flour
  • 1 Packet Baking Powder
  • 2 TS Coconut Oil
  • 500 ml Lukewarm Water
  • 🍎 Apple Filling:
  • 5 Grated Apples
  • 1 Dose Rum Aroma
  • 1 TS Cinnamon
  • 🌸 Poppy Filling:
  • 200 g Ground Poppy Seeds
  • 200 ml Coconut Milk
  • 2 TS Date Syrup
  • 🌰 Almond Filling:
  • 200 g Ground Almonds
  • 200 ml Coconut Milk
  • 2 TS Date Syrup
  • 🧀 Cheese Filling:
  • 250 g Quark
  • 1 Egg
  • 50 g Erythritol
  • 100 g Melted Butter
Instructions
  1. Make the DoughIn a large bowl, combine the Buckwheat Flour, Ground Almonds, Flaxseed Flour, and Baking Powder.
  2. Add the Coconut Oil and Lukewarm Water, and knead the mixture until a smooth dough forms. Set aside.
  3. Filling 1Grate the Apples and place them in a bowl.
  4. Add the Rum Aroma and Cinnamon, then mix until well combined. Set aside.
  5. Filling 2In a saucepan, heat the Coconut Milk and Date Syrup over medium heat, bringing it to a gentle boil.
  6. Once boiling, add the Ground Poppy Seeds and stir until the mixture thickens.
  7. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  8. Filling 3In another saucepan, heat the Coconut Milk and Date Syrup over medium heat, bringing it to a gentle boil.
  9. Once boiling, add the Ground Almonds and stir until thickened.
  10. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  11. Filling 4In a bowl, combine the Quark Cheese, Egg, Erythritol, and Melted Butter.
  12. Mix everything together until smooth and well combined.
  13. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  14. In a baking dish, place a layer of dough at the bottom, followed by a layer of filling. Each filling should be topped with the Quark Cheese filling before adding the next layer of dough.
  15. Repeat the layers, alternating between dough and the different fillings, finishing with a layer of dough on top.
  16. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes or until golden and fully baked.
  17. Allow the pie to cool before serving. Enjoy this healthier, indulgent treat!
