  1. Mix the Wet Ingredients

    In a bowl, whisk the Eggs and Honey together until light and frothy

  1. Add the Dry Ingredients

    Stir in the Vanilla Pudding Powder, Protein Powder, Milk and Vanilla Extract. 

  1. Mix until smooth and lump-free.

  1. Prepare the Ramekins

    Lightly grease 3 ceramic ramekins with Butter, Coconut Oil, or baking spray.

  1. Assemble the Bake

    Pour half of the mixture evenly into the ramekins.

  1. Add 2–3 pieces of Strawberries into the center of each ramekin (gently press them in).

  1. Pour the remaining Batter over the Strawberries to cover them.

  1. Optionally, sprinkle Ground Almonds on top.

  1. Place ramekins on the middle rack and bake at 180°C  for 23 minutes, until lightly golden and slightly puffed.

  1. Serve

    Let cool for 5–10 minutes. Serve warm or slightly cooled.
